- Provide the Service and recruiting workflows;
- Communicate with you;
- Screen for potential risk or fraud; and

We use Device Information to help screen for potential risk and fraud (including IP address), and to improve and optimize the Service (for example, analytics on how users browse and interact with the Service, and to assess marketing and advertising performance).
Sharing your personal information
